Can we just take a minute to imagine how Evan was feeling in this moment? This girl he had been working with for the past several weeks, the best friend of his girlfriend, has betrayed them all. And he knows how much Amy loves and trusts Sinead, and he knows this is going to break her heart. It would have been so horrible.
I was in Barnes and Noble when I read this part. I wasn't reading too far into it because I wanted to save most of it for when I actually got the book so I could fangirl in peace haha. But when I read this I was just hoping that no one noticed how completely shocked and angry I probably looked because it was seriously the worst betrayal I'd ever read.
